Princess Isabella ...

Well, here she is ...

The Story:
So ... Wednesday morning (11/5/08) I headed off to work as usual. Little did I know my life would change forever that very day. As I was eating lunch with "my girls" from work, I started having some pain that came fairly frequently. All the experienced moms at the table decided we needed to start timing them and, sure enough, they were coming at regular intervals. However, not wanting to call my husband and have it be false labor AGAIN ... I decided to go back to work and "just see." Well, as soon as I arrived back at the office, I told Rebecca, my friend and co-worker, that this was really it! She rushed me to the hospital and my hubby ran around the house gathering up all our things before meeting us at labor and delivery. I was admitted around 1:30, by 9:00 we were pushing, and at 9:44 the most amazing little girl I have ever seen in my life was born. She was born at 6 pounds, 15 ounces and 20 inches long. The past few days have, obviously, been a little hectic and we are a little sleep deprived. However, I find myself tear up every time I look at her. Brad is a great daddy already and our family and friends have been amazing! This is quick because I have other things I should tend to while my baby girl is peacefully sleeping. Much love to you all ...
