In like a lion, out like a lamb ...

Hello friends! Natalie - this one's for you, girl! :)
A lot has been happening with the Runyons. I realize that I am getting worse, not better about my updates. So sorry ... here goes ...

First up, February ... FAT TUESDAY. Our church held a Fat Tuesday parade and a potluck/party. This was mommy's last day to eat sweets until Easter so, she stuck with cookies for dinner! :) Isabella had fun watching the parade and playing with the beads. She also got to see her cousins and friends from "school" ...

Isabella watching the parade and wearing her beads!

The two of us with my aunt, Marti, and my cousin, Elizabeth (yes, we've been told we look more like sisters than cousins) & Elizabeth's three cuties (I guess poor Sara Cate is just not quite tall enough for her cute face to make the picture!!!)

Later that month, Brad and I went to New Orleans with his brother and our sister in law for a wedding. We had so much fun & the only desire to come back was to see our girls! Isabella and cousin Sammi had fun with the grandparents in Hot Springs while we were away.

Hitting Bourbon ... both the street and the drink! :)

The next day ... on the street car ... Jeff and I mapping out the morning!

In front of Cafe Du Monde

Sara and I buying masks for after the wedding ... the reception was a masquerade!!! :)

The boys ... lookin' good in their monkey suits ...

Fun times at the reception/masquerade ...

Isabella was happy to have us home! The following are just random pictures of her playing over the past month:

Playing chase/hide-n-seek with daddy ...

All smiles ... silly girl ...
Toby is helping Isabella color!

Clapping for Toby! Isabella LOVES to go outside and play with her doggie ... until he takes the ball from her when she is not ready to throw it ...

Trying to put on daddy's shoes ... they are just more fun to wear!
Precious angel ... we are so blessed!
Other family news - my Uncle Henry has just been diagnosed with colon cancer. He has surgery tomorrow in Little Rock and the next couple months will be rough. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Until next time ...
LOVES!
